of Greater Cincinnati

About Us

Our local club, The Friendship Force of Greater Cincinnati, has been active in exchanges since its beginning in July 1988. We have hosted many of the world's citizens in our homes during this period.

Our meetings are held at 6:30 p.m., on the third Friday of each month (September through May). The summer months of June, July, and August are filled with picnics and other events. These gatherings let us renew friendships with those who took trips together, share pictures, stories, letters from our former guests and hosts, etc.
Members and guests come around 6 p.m. to visit with each other, with the meal starting at 6:30 p.m. Members are asked to bring a potluck dish for the meal, but visitors are always welcome, and just need to bring a desire to participate.The program follows the meal.

What we are NOT! We are not a travel club, although many of our members do take part in our international homestay exchanges. Our emphasis is on making friends around the world.
We also are not affiliated with any religious organization, even though we currently meet in a church.
